I have been using digital graphics to create many of the invitations.  And today I wanted to use an actual photograph of flowers to create this invitation.  Below is what I came up with.

This design may have started using bold colors such as the above rich red, but as you can see, below, in the following it works well also with pastel colors, which many uses as Wedding Invitation Colors.  Since I'm a very cultured woman, I must admit that I do like bold and abstract colors.
