Damask Wedding Invitations

Here is another damask wedding invitation.

the original look someone what like the above, with a greyish damask background and lavender frame.  I added a shade darker purple and girdled it with gold, added that bling.

Elegant Wedding Invitation

I haven't been posting lately, because I've been hooking a lot.  and I mean crocheting :)  But anyway, here's the latest in wedding invitation design.  It's simple but elegant in its own way with subtle shades of natural hues.

I have been using digital graphics to create many of the invitations.  And today I wanted to use an actual photograph of flowers to create this invitation.  Below is what I came up with.

just in case, you didn't want to use the decorative burgandy branch with leaves, I seperated it from the file.  for you guys who do want to use it, the above image is transparent and can be use with any other wedding invitations.

This is the first time I tried this black and white effect with the couple in color.  I really like it.

This one is sapia effect with the couple still in full color.

Save the Date card with Photo

Original Photo used on their Save the Date card (after I did a little bit of color corrections such as contrast and brightness).  The original photo was a bit stale of colors.

with a little bit more photo eddting done to this.  I remove the leaves by their feet and tried to clean their area.  The original photo looks a bit messy below.  I used their color scheme of what they are wearing on the photo to create a damask background and a pastel green vertical banner, finishing it with a border of purple from her dress.

this layout is what they call in edtting world "LANDSCAPE."  I was able to add the word on this card with their photo.  The couple can decide to add more information on the back of this card.
